Online Conditions

The current sale’s general conditions apply to all orders placed on the rollingpizza.ch website or through the iOS and Android Rolling Pizza applications.

Rolling pizza reserves the right to modify at any time these current terms and conditions.

In case of any modification, we will apply to each placed order the sale’s general conditions which are in vigor on the day the order is made.

Placing an order implies that the purchaser :

a. has a full legal capacity to commit himself or herself into these terms and conditions.

b. fully and unreservedly accepts the terms and conditions.

Order supplements require extra delivery which leads to additional billing shipping charges. The modification of underway orders may result in the prolongation of the time of delivery.

Orders are definitive from the moment that we have registered them after a phone order, or after being validated on our website or through our applications. The fact that the payment is effected before or after the delivery will not change the stated terms.

Therefore, any modification or cancellation of the order made by the buyer shall not be taken into consideration, and the price paid will not be refunded.

The announced delay is indicative, it can vary between 15 and 40 minutes. It may be that our delivery man arrives ahead of the appointed time.

We do not guarantee any delay due to bad weather conditions, building number or name of the missing or erroneous customer, delivery of accident and of building closed door.

To order alcohol at Rolling Pizza, you must certify that you have the legal age to consume alcohol, meaning : 16 years for wine and beer, and 18 for champagne and spirits. For the protection of the youth, Rolling Pizza reserves the right to not issue alcoholic goods without first being shown the appropriate Identity document presentation of proper identification.
the abuse of alcohol is hazardous to health, drink wine and alcohol with moderation.

Payment

Security

Rolling Pizza has at no time access to your confidential bank data.
To ensure the security of any payment transaction, Rolling Pizza chose the online payment module
Once the payment is confirmed, your data will be automatically destroyed.
Thus, when placing a new order you will need to re-enter your bank account details.
If you do not want to disclose your banking information, you have the possibility to pay by Ticket Restaurant or to pay in cash upon delivery of your order.

Payment by credit card (secure payment) online

We accept card payments : Visa and MasterCard.
Once the payment is confirmed by the banking center, the order becomes effective.
In case of bank refusal, Rolling Pizza will automatically cancel the current order.

Upon delivery, we accept payments to be made by the following cards : Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Postcard; but we ask our customers to notify us the type of payment they have chosen when placing the order.

Cash payment

We only accept Swiss Francs and Euros. For security reasons, our delivery men do not have more than 50 CHF currency with them, we thank you in advance to have the necessary amount of cash prepared for the transaction to go as planned. If preferred, you may also pay with Ticket Restaurant.

Product Availability

Rolling Pizza reserves the right to modify the composition of the products if confronted to unplanned changes in the supplies, and also because of seasonal-changing food products.

The prices

Rolling Pizza reserves the right to change prices at any time but is committed to apply the current rates that were displayed at the time of your order.
All prices are including the VAT.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, no merchandise may be returned or exchanged.
The photos are non-contractual.

Legal information

Intellectual property

The buyer has no right to intellectual and industrial property product, nor on their representations or designations, Rolling Pizza remaining the owner or possessing an exclusive license on all these rights.
Any use, in any manner by the purchaser of the items referred below is strictly forbidden without prior and express agreement.

Attribution of jurisdiction - applicable law

In case of dispute, the attribution of jurisdiction is made, by agreement, the courts of our registered office, even if interim measures and despite multiple proceedings or of parties or of third parties. Swiss law will govern the relations between the parties.
